SMS Opt-In & Consent

The Barclay Ventures Assistant text line (+1 (844) 755-4729) is used only by members of the Barclay family and people they authorize. Users opt in themselves by sending a text message to the number. No one is added to the program without first texting the number.

How opt-in works

  1. The user texts START (or any first message) to +1 (844) 755-4729 from their own phone.
  2. Barclay Ventures replies with a confirmation describing the program, message frequency, rates, and how to get help or opt out.
  3. Further messages are sent only in response to the user's requests, or as reminders and notifications the user has asked for.
  4. The user can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
By texting START or any message to +1 (844) 755-4729, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Barclay Ventures Assistant related to your requests, reminders, and notifications.
