The content of text messages you send to and receive from the Barclay Ventures Assistant text line.

We use this information only to operate the SMS program: to respond to your requests, send the reminders and notifications you ask for, provide support, keep a record of consent, and honor opt-out requests.

Sharing of information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information is processed only by service providers needed to deliver the service (such as our SMS carrier provider, Twilio, and the AI assistant platform), who are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep messages and consent records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.

Children

The SMS program is not directed to children under 13.
